Australian ISP, iiNet and global unified communications vendor, Polycom have teamed up to offer small and medium businesses a new, hosted telephony solution called Business Voice which the two companies say enables a business to easily adapt to its ever-changing needs without the hassles and cost of maintaining a physical telephone infrastructure.
{loadpositon peter}According to the head of iiNet Business, Greg Bade, Business Voice combines iiNet's world-class infrastructure and customer support with Polycom's industry-leading voice solutions to offer 'businesses on-demand access to local and national calls, conferencing facilities, advanced call routing, music-on-hold and other features, for a simple, monthly cost per user.'
Bader said Business Voice is the latest product in a range of iiNet Business solutions that takes advantage of cloud computing technologies, and he said Polycom was chosen to partner with iiNet Business because of its 'broad offerings, product vision and commitment to the small and medium business market.'
