iTWire UPDATE - it's FREE!

The latest release of GoldMine's small business CRM system provides integration with social networks.

GoldMine, part of the FrontRange Solutions empire but now operating as a stand-alone division, has released version 9.2 of its CRM system.

The focus of the update is on integration with other cloud services, especially social media.

LinkedIn contact search helps provide more information about a new lead, whether that is to identify shared connections or just to gain a better picture of the prospect.

Similarly, Facebook integration helps find information about individuals and companies.

Twitter integration simplifies communication with customers and prospects.

The update also incorporates Google News search and the ability to get directions from Google Maps.

"Our customers build enduring relationships that enhance business performance through the improvement of employee productivity, customer and partner loyalty and better management of the entire business ecosystem," said Paul Petersen, general manager of GoldMine.

"GoldMine 9.2 Premium Edition offers a seamless integration onto social networking platforms for our customers to be able to interact with their audience and engage in conversations."
