Free directory of Aussie VoIP providers

Telecoms research firm Market Clarity has launched what it claims to be the largest online directory of Australian VoIP service providers, with sponsorship from ISPhone and Linksys.
The directory is available free of charge at www.marketclarity.com.au/voip. According to Market Clarity, the number of Australian VoIP providers has soared by more than 400 percent in six months, to exceed 180 providers.

Market Clarity CEO said the directory provides details on "every local provider that we could find....business, residential and wholesale services." It identifies each service provider by name, URL and target market, shows the type of service provided and indicates whether the provider uses the public Internet or an alternative IP connection. It will be updated regularly.
