SME: want better cashflow forecasts?

Business IT - Technology

MYOB users seeking better cashflow forecasts may benefit from an extension of a discount offer on Calxa Express into the new financial year.

Originally expiring at the end of June, the 10% discount offered to MYOB customers on Calxa Express has been extended until July 31.

The software, used by more than 600 SMEs, integrates with MYOB AccountRight. It has a wizard-driven interface, and generates animated cashflow forecast charts and reports.

"It's vital to know in advance what's happening with the cashflow of your business," said Calxa CEO Mick Devine. "While some cashflow forecasting and tracking systems require specialist skills, Calxa Express makes it easy for any business owner to forecast their business cashflow and thus proactively prevent problems."

MYOB CEO Tim Reed described cashflow as the fuel gauge of a business. "From the MYOB Business Monitor we know that cashflow is one of the top three pain points for Aussie businesses," he said. "So we're pleased to be working with Calxa, one of our valued developer partners, to help ease the cashflow burden."

Offered on a subscription basis, Calxa Express normally costs $299 for the first year and then $239 per year.
