Daptiv hooks up with Rally for Agile project reporting

Daptiv has announced integration between its project portfolio management software and Rally's application lifecycle management system.


Daptiv Connect, Daptiv's on-demand integration service, now allows information from Rally's Agile ALM system to be united with data from more traditional project management tools in order to provide comprehensive reporting from Daptiv PPM.

Daptiv officials claim the company's software allows project management offices to work with a mix of project types and development methodologies, allowing executives to see the progress that's being made without

"This integration with Rally is a direct result of customer feedback for a flexible PPM solution that accommodates best-of-breed agile development tools," said Ian Knox, Daptiv's vice president of marketing.

"We are committed to partnering with other leading independent software vendors to ensure our customers realise the maximum value from their investment in our award-winning Agile ALM platform," said Todd Olson, vice president of products at Rally.
