StayinFront puts CRM in the palm of your hand

Business IT - Technology

CRM vendor StayinFront has added a mobile companion to its hosted and in-house software.

StayinFront Touch provides remote access to StayinFront CRM from iPhones, iPads and Android devices.

"Around the globe, enterprises that adopt iPhones, iPads and Google Android consumer devices for customer relationship management are gaining a powerful business tool," said Tony Bullen, executive vice president and chief technology officer at StayinFront.

"By incorporating these products into a CRM strategy, organisations can potentially lower their acquisition and maintenance costs of other hardware such as laptops and tablets," he added.

A number of industry-specific products based on StayinFront Touch are planned, with the first expected this quarter.

Kerrie-Anne Turner, APAC vice president and managing director said "People are excited seeing StayinFront CRM on the iPhone, iPad or Android devices. The application is slick and impressive, and reps are eager to access it on the devices many of them already carry."
