Bank site availability was also very high in July, with Gomez recording 100% availability for Westpac, Adelaide, CitiBank, St George, ANZ, Bendigo, NAB, Bankwest, and Rabobank.

The other five ranged from Macquarie on 99.94% to ING Direct on 99.73%. The overall average was 99.94%, up from 99.93% in June.

Note that these figures all apply to the banks' home pages, not to their internet banking services.
