RightNow Mobile provides companies with a new and positive way of getting into their customers' pockets.


RightNow CX is a cloud-based suite to help companies deal with customer interactions via the web, social networks, and contact centres.

RightNow Mobile extends this capability to mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and game consoles. It incorporates self-service, web chat, and guided assistance features

"The challenge for organisations is to tie existing customer experience strategies with mobile devices," said David Vap, chief solutions officer, RightNow.

"RightNow Mobile provides everything organisations need to make mobile devices a seamless part of their strategy to meet the needs of today's connected consumer and provide consistent experiences no matter the device," he added.

RightNow Mobile is part of the RightNow CX May 2010 release.
