Telstra puts Acer laptops on a plan

A trio of Acer laptops are now available outright or on a monthly plan from Telstra.

Telstra is selling two Acer notebooks and one netbook with built-in wireless broadband.

The models are the 10in Aspire One 531, the 13.3in TravelMate 8371, and the 15in TravelMate 8571.

Each can be purchased outright or - if bundled with certain mobile broadband plans - on interest-free monthly payments.

The qualifying plans are the Telstra Mobile Broadband Casual, Member Data Packs or Shared Data Plans.

Repayments start at $28.29 per month for the Aspire One plus at least $19 per month for mobile data, and rise to $62.46 per month plus at least $59 for mobile data for the 15in TravelMate. The two TravelMates are also subject to upfront payments of $149 or $249 respectively.
