OECD Reports on VoIP development, but....

The OECD has released a paper "aimed at providing an overview of the initiatives taken and market developments in VoIP services across OECD countries focusing on an examination of who the providers are and what kind of features VoIP services are currently providing." It's usefulness, however is likely to be seriously compromised.

The report was presented to the OECD's Working Party on Telecommunication and Information Services Policy in June 2004. The Working Party agreed to recommend its declassification to the ICCP Committee. The Committee declassified the report in October2004 "subject to a written procedure".
