Yankee puts IR's Prognosis tops for VoIP management

Integrated Research says its Prognosis performance monitoring software has been recognised as the most integrated and comprehensive 'whole-of-life' VoIP management solution, by The Yankee Group in its VoIP Management Solutions Guide released earlier this month.

According to report's author George Hamilton, "Prognosis has been involved in IP telephony from the earliest days and has progressed to manage many of the largest Cisco IP communication deployments across the globe.  The principal strengths of Prognosis are in the breadth and depth of coverage across the Cisco IPT solution, the ability to provide TDM-equivalent performance management by monitoring calls and call performance in real time and the flexibility and scalability of its solution.'
