Stonefield Software has sealed an agreement with Sage Business Solutions to distribute their products in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific islands.
Under the agreement, Sage will distribute
Stonefield’s database reporting software, Query, and other products to
the Australian and New Zealand markets as well as Fiji, Papua New
Guinea, Vanuatu, Tonga and the Solomon Islands.
Stonefield CEO, Mickey Kupchyk, says the Australasian agreement builds
on the company’s “dramatic growth as the premier end user focused
database reporting software solution in the U.S. and Canada, and
expands its presence into the Australian and New Zealand region with a
prospective market share of tens of thousands of Sage Software users.”
Kupchyk expects that the sales generated from the Australasian
distribution agreement will be significant to the company’s total
international revenues, representing Stonefield’s latest initiative to
expand its international sales.
Sage’s Australian and New Zealand, managing director, Mike Lorge, says
he is confident his customers in the ANZ market will be interested in
the wizard-driven Query which he said “enables business executives,
sales managers and administrative assistants who need customized
business reporting – once the domain of the IT help desk or expensive
outside consultants – to now create their own reports, right from their
desktops.”
Lorge said the product would be made available for accounting and CRM
packages through an Australasian-wide network of certified software
resellers.
