Browser-based application provider Zoho has rolled out a complete suite of mobile-oriented capabilities.

Zoho, a competitor to Google Docs, has had some mobile initiatives for a while now.

For example, Zoho Writer, Sheet (spreadsheet), Show (presentations), and Creator (database) have been available via the iPhone.

But the new Zoho Mobile suite puts a consistent user interface on all the available mobile apps and increases the number of devices and platforms they can be used with.

The suite offers Zoho Mail, Calendar, Writer, Sheet, Show, and Creator, which can be accessed from supported smartphones at http://mobile.zoho.com or http://m.zoho.com.

Supported mobile phones and platforms include the iPhone and Blackberrys, along with Android, Windows Mobile, and Symbian-based devices.

Zoho also announced plans to support Palm devices, as well as to migrate more of its applications onto the mobile platform.
