To show off some of the capabilities of Open Stream applications, Facebook hosted a demo event along with some of its developers.
The Plaxo social media network demonstrated how a user could connect Facebook and Plaxo so that friends on the former become contacts on the other.
Seesmic introduced the beta of Seesmic Desktop, a Twitter-plus-Facebook client that puts both social media streams into one interface.

Facebook Blog , it eliminates the (what some users consider) clutter in the Facebook browser display.
