TALKINGtech selects Tripwire for PCI compliance

Business IT - Technology

O’Donoghue said that with intouch, TALKINGtech’s automated solution designed to deliver targeted interactive messages to large customer bases, customers are given real-time options to hear their account details, interact with the contact centre or pay their account over the phone.

“As a result, our systems are subject to the regulatory standards designed to protect customer data, and to help maintain PCI compliance we turned to Tripwire. “

TALKINGtech says it also uses Tripwire’s configuration auditing and file integrity monitoring capabilities to better secure processes related to Federated Identity Management (FIM) log-in standards.

“Moreover, the company has extended Tripwire across the data centre to bolster and enforce security and change management processes, resulting in an overall improvement in business operations,” says O’Donoghue.
