Nortel gets wireless phones from Kirk Telecom

Danish manufacturer of wireless telephony products, Kirk telecom, will produce a range of products to be sold with Nortel's Business Communication Manager and Norstar telephony systems under the Nortel brand.

The product range will consist of a digital mobility controller, base stations, repeaters and wireless handsets, claimed to form "a complete wireless solution for customers who either already have a Nortel BCM or Norstar or plan on purchasing one"

The products are available immediately from Nortel and authorised Nortel channel partners, and have been named 'Nortel Digital Mobility' solution.
