Telsyte research has published a report on consumer VoIP services in Australia covering 24 VoIP service providers with operations in Australia. It "examines the business models in use, the contracts terms and conditions common in the consumer VoIP market, service characteristics, regulatory participation, and [contains] a comparison of consumer VoIP and PSTN costs when VoIP and PSTN plans are used to re-rate a basket of consumer telephone calls."
