It offers a range of software tools that "enable telephony providers to realize the true dream of offering 'triple-play' services (voice, data, and video) over high speed DSL."

Assia billed it as "the first commercial software package that conforms to Level I of the recently released ATIS Dynamic Spectrum Management Technical Report."

ATIS DSM Technical Report (ATIS 0600007) provides guidelines for the use of DSM to optimise DSL services. ATIS, the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions, is a US based body that is committed to rapidly developing and promoting technical and operations standards for the communications and related information technologies industry worldwide using a pragmatic, flexible and open approach.
