Apple updates security update

Business IT - Technology

Apple has re-released Security Update 2007-004 to correct a pair of problems affecting certain configurations after the original version was applied.

Security Update 2007-004 v1.1 corrects an issue where AirPort connections may be lost when a computer running Mac OS X 10.3.9 wakes from sleep, and another where Mac OS X Server 10.4.9's FTP server may give access to incorrect directories.

Version 1.1 is otherwise the same as the original release. Systems running Mac OS X 10.4.9 or Mac OS X Server 10.3.9 already patched with 2007-004 do not need the new version.

The update may be applied via Software Update, or downloaded from Apple's web site (Universal binary, PowerPC, 10.3.9).
