Organisations that previously standardised on BlackBerry often see security as a barrier to allowing employees to use their own smartphones and devices.
Good Technology's Good for Enterprise aims to cover that by providing a cross-platform, AES-encrypted email, calendar, Intranet and browser application.
By keeping the data in an encrypted container, Good for Enterprise provides the required security for corporate applications without interfering with the personal use of the device.
"Partners and staff wanted to connect their own iPhones and Androids to corporate email but we were concerned about security and confidentiality of corporate information," said Berys Amor, Corrs' director of technology.
Coors has been using Good for Enterprise for over a year.
The firm is trialling Good Dynamics, which allows the creation of secure mobile enterprise applications and handles provisioning of apps that are designed for use with the system.
