Imation's secure hard drive range now goes up to 1TB and includes the option of fingerprint authentication.
The Defender H100 series now comes in 320GB, 500GB, 750GB and 1TB versions, and is validated to FIPS 140-2 level 3.
The Defender H200 (pictured) adds a fingerprint reader.
The drives work with Windows 7, Vista and XP, and with Intel-based Macs running Mac OS X 10.5 or later. Up to 10 users can share one drive.
"Enterprise and government organisations increasingly need manageable USB devices in order to provide mobile workers with the tools necessary to work where and when they want, and access the data they need in the most secure way possible," said Sven Radavics, head of Imation's mobile security business in the Asia Pacific region.
"People are increasingly turning to USB hard drives to transport large data sets. Our expanding secure hard drive offerings are in response to our customers needing increased capacity without compromising control over the devices and data."
