The $149.95 package provides a total of five licences for Norton 360 Premier (Windows), Norton Internet Security (Mac) and Norton Mobile Security (Android). The purchaser can use the single licence key on any combination of the supported computers and devices.
The one-year subscription starts when the first copy of the software is installed.
"Consumers are increasingly using multiple devices in their daily lives, and staying protected across all of those devices can be a challenge," said Janice Chaffin, group president, Consumer Business Unit, Symantec. "To meet this need, we have extended our Norton 360 flagship security product to help ensure people are protected across any device they choose to use."
Given the current attention being given to pricing differentials between Australia and the US - especially for software and content that's delivered electronically - Symantec has perhaps taken a brave step by charging $149.95 for Norton 360 Everywhere when the US price is only $US99.99 ($112.83 at current exchange rates and with the addition of GST).
However, the company is running promotions that close that gap. Please read on.
