AVG announces 2012 security package for SMEs

Business IT - Security

What are the two things you most want from security software? Surely performance and protection are at the top of the list.

It's that time of year - security software updates are coming out of the woodwork like cockroaches in a condemned building (not that the vendors are likely to appreciate that analogy).

The latest is AVG Internet Security Business Edition 2012. Aimed at SMEs, the new version promises more speed and better protection.

"AVG Internet Security Business Edition 2012 aims to be the simplest, most tailored security software for SMBs available," said Lloyd Borrett, secuity evangelist at AVG (AU/NZ). "For businesses looking for protection without impeding performance, AVG is the most compelling solution on the market. With enhanced ergonomics and cost savings, customers can essentially set and forget '” with peace of mind that we will take care of the rest while they interact in the connected world."

A one-year, five-seat license for AVG Internet Security Business Edition 2012 costs A$317.20. Two-year licences are also available.
