Not so fast on telco complaints, says ACCAN

While the industry congratulates itself, consumer group ACCAN says much more needs to be done to improve telco customer service, particularly with data charges.

The Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman has reported a 12.4% drop in complaints over last year. Industry bodies say ‘well done, us!’
