A new switch from Netgear is aimed at mid-market customers that can take advantage of its 10G connectivity.


Netgear claims the ProSafe 48-Port Gigabit Stackable Smart Switch's four 10G SFP+ slots represents an industry first for switches aimed at mid-market customers.

The GS752TXS switch can be stacked in groups of up to six, providing full redundancy in the event of one switch failing. A stack can be managed as if it was a single switch.

Other features include Layer 2 management, superior switching performance, and advanced security including dynamic VLAN assignment.
