iiNet launches service bundles for SMBs

iiNet has introduced a range of service bundles for small businesses that includes broadband Internet access, phone, VoIP, domain name registration, web hosting, online storage, static IP addresses and a Google Adwords voucher.

Prices start at $249 per month and include a site visit from a technician to manage the initial set up. (This service is provided by Perth-based Kytec Group under contract from iiNet).

According to iiNet's general manager, business, Steve Harley, "All iiNet Business products come complete with a range of priority services, such as anytime Internet data quota, a dedicated 24/7 business support line, an in-house network operations team, free virus and spam protection and access to increased upload capability with an Annex M option, if required. (Annex M doubles the upstream speed of an ADSL2+ service to a maximum of 2.75Mbps).

Business Pack is offered in three standard configurations but Harley said they could be customised to meet individual needs.

Business Pack One at $249 per month is for 1-8 staff and comprises ADSL2+ with 100GB of data; basic onsite installation and setup; $75 worth of phone calls (any type); one phone line; one VoIP Line; static IP address; $100 Google Adwords voucher; business domain name registration; hosting (.com.au/.net.au); 20 free business email addresses; 1GB web storage;

Business Pack Two is for 9-24 staff and costs $349 per month. For this customers get the Business One offerings but 150GB of data; $100 worth of phone calls; two VoIP lines; up to four static IP addresses; unlimited free business email addresses and 2GB web storage.

Business Pack Three for 25 staff and upwards offers the same as Business Pack One and Two except that customers get 250GB of data; $200 worth of phone calls; up to four VoIP lines and 5GB web storage. It costs $549 per months.

iiNet says its Business Packs have been developed in direct response to market research, customer feedback and recommendations from service integrators.
