Mr Gattari gained prominence as general manager of Harvey Norman's computer and communications division. He founded online retailer Smartbuy, which subsequently merged with Uniqueworld, where he served as CEO.
Leaving that company in 2002, he founded business development company Achievers Group, attracting clients including Cisco, Australia Post, Gloria Jeans, and LG Electronics.
"The Australian online retail market is growing quickly and eStore.com.au is well placed to benefit from this change and increase its market share significantly. I'm looking forward to an exciting ride," said Mr Gattari.
